Joined as Airtable's first video hire and built the in-house creative video function from the ground up — the team, the workflows, the production standards.
Product launches, enterprise customer films, a national paid media brand campaign, conference keynotes, executive communications, internal culture content. If it involved a camera, a timeline, or a story arc, it came through my desk.
Over time the role grew into managing agency relationships, contributing to campaign strategy, and producing content for flagship events with thousands of attendees. I also brought 3D rendering and AI-driven production into the product marketing pipeline — formats the B2B category hadn't really explored yet.
The customer film program became a signature part of the work: on-location documentary-style shoots with brands like West Elm, Equinox, JetBlue, Taylor Guitars, Virgin Voyages, and Code & Theory.
